GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

I have a faster turnaround time than most photographers. The turnaround depends on how much I shoot, how busy I am, my current wedding schedule, and the holidays. Typically, for sessions it takes 1-2 weeks and weddings take 1-3 weeks depending on your chosen package. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while making sure I give time to each and every image. If you don’t want to wait, I offer a ‘rush’ edit service too, get your images within days. I think it’s really important you receive your images, while you still feel that buzz from your wedding, not three months later when the season has changed. Imagine waiting that long, no thanks.

In a world where almost everything is photographed digitally (your normal wedding photography), ‘analog film’ offers something slower and more intentional. Shot on 35mm (this is a different type of camera), each frame is carefully considered, with a focus on light, feeling and story rather than speed.

Film photos have a softness and depth that’s hard to replicate, gentle skin tones, organic colour, subtle grain and beautifully imperfect details that feel more like memories than images. Digital photography captures your day with clarity and consistency; film adds emotion, texture and a timeless, heirloom quality. This has become a popular trend for weddings in 2025-2026 in Northern Ireland.

Choosing film is for couples who value artistry and nostalgia, and who want a gallery that feels soulful, considered and enduring — something truly special alongside your digital photographs. This is added on, and your final images are uploaded into your digital gallery. The actual film developments are scanned, and delivered digitally for your convenience. It’s delivered at a later date as it takes weeks to process by hand. It’s a similar look to a really high quality Polaroid camera effect.

Yes, and you can upgrade at any time to another package before your wedding day. Just give me some notice. For family and couple shoots, you can always upgrade after you receive your images.

Yes and they are a beautiful must have heirloom piece to cherish. You can order an album directly from your online gallery after your wedding or choose a package that includes an album. You will choose a selection of images and I will design it. You’ll be able to proof the layout. Parent size albums are available too.

For weddings I offer three main packages that include a range of bespoke items such as, prints and albums because your images deserve to be printed. Use the contact form to get the brochure straight away.

For elopements you can choose from an hourly rate, as your day will be a little shorter.

For weddings and elopements, I require a retainer to secure your spot on my calendar, and the remaining balance is due a few months in advance for weddings. You can split these payments up if you’d like. I’m happy to work with your schedule or preferred dates.

I don’t alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, exit signs, etc unless you’d like me to keep it the photos). I usually remove if it is a big distraction or eye sore. If you’re self conscious about something, please let me know as I’ll be sure to be extra aware of that while I’m posing you. I always shoot your good side if you tell me to. My editing style includes a light air brushing not altering.

I stress the importance of relaxation and movement because I make my best work for couples when they are comfortable. I love to capture the connection between you both. My main focus above all else is that my couples have a relaxed experience.
