Intimate Wedding In Mussenden Temple and Downhill Demesne

A stunning historical library now known as Mussenden Temple, perfectly placed on a cliff edge. We looked out the windows to the ocean—Katherine and Jonny had the wedding of their dreams at Downhill Demesne and Temple. By using the venue as the centrepiece, the couple added perfectly romantic details like a soft colour palette, stunning floral arrangements created by the bride herself, and timeless table decor. The neoclassical rotunda Temple was breath taking for their wedding ceremony, a real unique spot. Accompanied by the harp, flue and violin as the bride walked up the isle to meet her husband to be.

They were surrounded by their family and friends, and included the bride’s Volkswagen blue camper van and—trust me—it’s really adorable. I’m excited to share this totally romantic and intimate wedding, captured by Tiffany Gage Photography.

Thanks to the National Trust who host this wedding venue, the couple were able to focus on celebrating their love surrounded by their loved ones, and had a wedding that was like no other. For more wedding venue inspiration checkout my blog post here.
