Countryside Larchfield Estate Wedding: Walled Garden Ceremony

A Countryside Estate Wedding at Larchfield: Walled Garden Ceremony

Country charm radiating an ambiance of peace and tranquillity

With its walled gardens, stables or barn, Larchfield has lots to offer. Onsite accommodation is ideal for the wedding party, meaning you don’t have far to travel if you get ready on site before your I do in the sunken garden. From the cottages, gate lodge and a very luxurious glamping truck, you’ll love to be on site the morning of your wedding.

The ladies choose to get ready near by at home. Make Up Artist, Leona McCaffrey and Hair Stylist Stacey Armstrong worked together to ensure this large bridal party looked their part.

The couple opted for an outdoor ceremony in the sunken garden during the summer, with a confetti throw down the isle while exiting as the new Mr & Mrs. This is situated in the middle of the walled garden, a beautiful experience for your guests to arrive and enjoy the romantic setting. The ceremony atmosphere was set by the Ulster String Quartet who played as guests arrived and during the wedding ceremony. Celebrant, Jean Barrett-Quinn lead the ceremony, which included sand and Scottish whisky.

Afterward, the couple had an outdoor drinks reception under the marquee canopy and in the court yard, with music by Sean Magee.
